This Earth Month, we at SEAM extend our congratulations to our partners at Millennium Recycling on reaching a remarkable 25 years in business. Their dedication to responsible waste management has undoubtedly played a significant role in shaping Sioux Falls into a more sustainable community.

For those unfamiliar with our history, SEAM was originally a division of Millennium Recycling. Their pioneering spirit, particularly in introducing single-stream recycling and electronic waste recycling to the area, laid the groundwork for the responsible technology solutions we offer today.

In 2012, SEAM branched off to focus specifically on data security, refurbishment, and resale of electronics, while Millennium continued to excel in broader single stream materials recovery. This strategic division allowed both companies to specialize and further their commitment to environmental responsibility.
